How to check on your deposits and transactions

The easiest and fastest way to check on any deposits, transactions, and account balances is through digital banking. You can download our mobile app using the App Store or the Google Play Store. You can also visit our website: www.memfirstcu.com and enter your Online Banking information on the left-hand side. With digital banking, you can check your account 24/7!

Another way to check on your account is by calling Members First at 435-723-5231 during business hours.

Receive e-Alerts

You can also sign up to receive eAlerts. eAlerts are a great way to receive notifications about your account in real time. To sign up for eAlerts, log on to digital banking.

Desktop:

1.    Click on the three stacked lines in the left-hand corner to pull up the menu.

2.    Under the “Services” section, click on “eAlerts”.

3.    Click on the button next to “Checking Notifications Enabled” to turn on checking account notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing and when your balance dips below an amount of your choosing.

4.    Next, type in the transaction amount you would like to receive an email notification.

5.    In the next box, type in the balance below amount.

6.    Click on the button next to “Savings Notifications Enabled” to turn on savings account notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing and when your balance dips below an amount of your choosing.

7.    Type in the transaction amount you would like to receive an email notification.

8.    In the next box, type in the balance below amount.

9.    To add a Savings Goal, click the blue “Add” button below “Savings Goals”.

10.  Click on the account you wish to add a savings goal to. Now type in the amount of your personal goal.

11.  Click the button next to “Loan Notifications Enabled” to turn on loan notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing.

12.  Type in the transaction amount.

13.  Click the button next to “Enable Loan Reminders” to receive an email reminder about upcoming payments.

14.  Type in how many days before the due date you wish to receive the reminder.

15.   In the “More Options” section, you can choose if you want reminders for the available balance or balance.

16.  Click the button next to “New Device Notifications” to receive an email notification when a new device logs on using your digital banking information.

17.  In the “Cleared Check Numbers” section, you can enter check numbers that you wish to receive an email notification for when they clear.

18.  Lastly, click the blue “Update” button to save your changes.

Mobile:

1.    Click on the three stacked lines next to the word “Accounts” to pull up the menu.

2.    Under the “Services” section, click on “eAlerts”.

3.    Click on the button next to “Checking Notifications Enabled” to turn on checking account notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing and when your balance dips below an amount of your choosing.

4.    Next, type in the transaction amount you would like to receive an email notification.

5.    In the next box, type in the balance below amount.

6.    Click on the button next to “Savings Notifications Enabled” to turn on savings account notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing and when your balance dips below an amount of your choosing.

7.    Type in the transaction amount you would like to receive an email notification.

8.    In the next box, type in the balance below amount.

9.    To add a Savings Goal, click the blue “Add” button below “Savings Goals”.

10.  Click on the account you wish to add a savings goal to. Now type in the amount of your personal goal.

11.  Click the button next to “Loan Notifications Enabled” to turn on loan notifications. You will receive an email notification with transaction over an amount of your choosing.

12.  Type in the transaction amount.
