New Online Access
For us to meet the increasing needs of our members and provide increased security for your information, have upgraded our "Online Account Access". This change will give you greater accessibility and more online account options.
- What is my new member login ?
It is the same login id that you are currently using.
- What will my new password be?
It is the LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. After logging in the first time you will be required to change the password and should be able to change it back to the one you are currently using.
- Where is my account history?
Because of the complexity of this conversion, there won't be any account history prior to Jan 1st available online. Any item that has not cleared your account by Dec. 30th will clear on the new system. Everything that has cleared your account from Dec. 1st thru Dec. 30 is available in STATEMENT FORMAT after you've logged into your account in the new system.
- Where are my 2016 Account Statements?
You will have Oct. 2016, Nov. 2016 and Dec. 2016 statements available to you once you've logged into the new system.
If you need access to history prior to the October statement, please contact the Credit Union.
